This establishment, located in Ledesma’s old part, beside the Fortress gardens, is made up of a small restaurant and an inn, in the building that once housed one of the very few bars in the old area of the town. Here, the owner – with his warm, informal manner – serves those who come in his sharing dishes – “dishes at the centre of the table” – homemade food and local wines, with the ultimate purpose of conquering the client by means of the quality of their products.
