La Fernandica, in the heart of the Santa Elena neighbourhood, is the best example of those old eateries that used to be so popular and that still survive in Ledesma. This one is named after Fernando, grandfather of the current owners, Ángeles and Tere. It’s an old tavern with a family, cosy atmosphere where not only do they prepare the most typical stews and produce of these lands in the most traditional way, but also every traveller will enjoy the hospitality and warmth attention given to anyone who comes in for a bite and a rest.
