La Nena, one of the most traditional eateries in Ledesma, is located on the site of the old marketplace, beside Las Ventas square, and has maintained the look and ambience of the ancient fondas (inns) where travellers could find food and lodging, So much so, that in the 70s of the past century it was used to film an episode of a popular TV series of the day. Here, the most traditional dishes of the local gastronomy can still be tasted, served in the pleasant, warm manner that is the owners’ trademark.
